Mô tả công việc:
•Greet and welcome home owners/tenants upon arrival.
•Register home owners/tenants and enter the information immediately into the computer/logbook. Verify reservation, address and credit information. (If any)
•Promote the City Garden facilities and provide recognition and benefits to all present members.
•Accept payment for home owners/tenants’ accounts both at the time of registration and at checkout. Maintain a house bank and make a deposit and accurate report of receipts daily. Cash checks and exchange currency for home owners/tenants and post them into the system.
•Issue key to and control entrance of safety deposit boxes. Post miscellaneous charges as requested.
•Assist Concierge in handling mail, facsimiles and providing home owners/tenants with information regarding City Garden facilities and local attractions.
•Handle reservation requests at the desk directly.
•Use home owner/tenant name whenever possible in accordance with City Garden standards.
•Handle home owner/tenant messages, facsimiles and mail, ensuring that the information is passed on is accurate, complete and promptly delivered.
•Convey information and messages to appropriate personnel in a timely and efficient manner.
•Effectively communicate and liaise with associates on all levels, understanding the importance of teamwork within City Garden operations.
•Demonstrate thorough knowledge of and actively sell all products, services and special events within the City Garden.
•Actively contribute to City Garden Home owner/tenant and up-selling programs.
•Handle and assist owner/tenant upon request for a restaurant booking promptly and efficiently, whilst promoting in-house facilities.
•Be aware of facilities and points of interest within the city Garden and surrounding areas to assist with any home owner/tenant inquiries.
•Be familiar with all apartment types, availability, rates, any movements and billing, daily events, promotions etc..
•Ensure that all home owners/tenants are warmly welcomed and recognized in accordance with City Garden standards and the goals of City Garden.
•Ensure all necessary information is obtained upon move-in, following City Garden policy and procedures.
•Be familiar with all gold membership and its billing procedures.
•Assist with daily Home owner/tenant needs and frequent home owner/tenant program administration.
•Adhere to City Garden procedures and policies at all times.
•Handle the home owner/tenant enquiries in billing processes and manual postings are conducted in accordance with City Garden standards.
•Maintain petty cash and accurately handle monies at all times.
•Issue safety deposit boxes, issue facility unit keys in adherence with City Garden security policy and procedures.
•Maintain daily logbook and conduct informative handover to next shift ensuring that all relevant information is passed on clearly.
•Provide any other duties and services as assigned by the Operation Manager.
•Uphold the Warmest care culture by demonstrating the Hospitality Service Standards at all times to home owners/tenants and fellow associates.
•Personally ensure compliance with all relevant Workplace Health & Safety and Occupational Health & Safety legislation, and related safety security and health Policies.
•Undertake other duties as requested by Department Head/Shift Leader and City Garden Management.

•High school or equivalent education required.
•Strong Hospitality understanding.
•Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
•Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.
•Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
•Must possess basic computational ability.
•Must possess basic computer skills.
•General knowledge of the city where property is located and its attractions.
•Extensive knowledge of the condo/property, its services and facilities.
•One to two years in a public contact position.
